From July 15 to 18, 2025, Tyumen successfully hosted the 13th Summer International Meeting of Entertainment Industry Professionals, organized by the Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (RAAPA) with the support of the Tyumen City Administration and the Government of the Tyumen Region.
The event brought together managers and specialists from parks, water parks, resort complexes, shopping and entertainment centers, as well as government representatives and equipment manufacturers. The meeting served as an important professional platform for exchanging experience, presenting new solutions and discussing trends in the amusement industry.
Results
This year the Forum gathered 180 specialists form 55 cities and 5 countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Italy, Turkey)!
The intensive four-day program featured over 30 presentations and reports!
The excursion program included visits to 8 key sites in Tyumen and the region!
New professional connections and partnership agreements were established!

Key Events
July 15 – The additional program included a sightseeing tour of Tyumen. Participants explored the historic center of the first Russian city in Siberia, admired wooden architecture monuments, visited the Siberian Cats Square, The Lovers’ Bridge, and the unique four-level embankment, and learned about Tyumen's history as the oil capital of Siberia.
July 16 – The official opening took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton conference hall. Representatives of the city and regional administration presented reports on the development of the tourist and recreational cluster, highlighting promising projects and plans for creating new aqua-thermal complexes.
Speakers of the opening ceremony included: Igor Rodionov, vice president of RAAPA; Andrey Panteleev, deputy governor of the Tyumen region; Alexander Ilyin, deputy mayor of Tyumen; event sponsors and partners.
After the official part the participants proceeded to the thematic presentations.
The first speaker was Artyom Pavlyuchenko, general director of the Center for Strategic Development «Siberia». He spoke about how urban parks have become a key driver of Tyumen’s development and its tourist infrastructure.
Next, the discussion turned to the development of aqua-thermal springs, which have become a signature attraction of the region and are increasingly drawing both residents and tourists. This topic was highlighted in the presentation by Irina Vasilyeva, general director of the Thermal Mayer Resort «Marcial», who emphasized the prospects of this sector for the leisure industry.
The Manufacturers' Forum showcased new attractions, amusement equipment, and technologies from companies such as: BOLID Group, RIF Group, Attraction Factory «Skazka», Polin Waterparks, Game-Keeper, ATTRAPLAST, Lime-Soft, GROS, AirMir, Vostok, DataKrat Group, Zamperla (Antonio Zamperla S.P.A. representative office), AtTRI, ITALPARK, V-MOMENTE, DINOMASHINA, Starry Childhood, Volgograd Attractions, Canicula Games, RAAPA Training Center, PAX-Design.
Practical program allowed participants to explore key Tyumen venues including: Konstantin Lagunov Park (after large-scale renovation); Nevidalia family entertainment park.
Networking and experience-sharing took place not only during business sessions, but also in informal settings – a river cruise along the Tura River and a gala dinner at the «Gates of Siberia» restaurant.
July 17 – participants visited «LetoLeto» water entertainment center (Mayer Resort «Marcial»), where they saw Siberia’s first modern thermal resort, featuring an open-air hot spring spa, health management center, a 4-star hotel, and restaurants.
The second day’s educational program included three thematic sections: Effective Management Solutions for Parks and Public Spaces; Trends and Current Concepts in the Amusement Industry; Development Strategies for Modern Aqua-Thermal Complexes
Speakers included government officials, architects, marketers, amusement industry experts, equipment manufacturers, and chain park owners.
After indoor segment the program continued with a tour of Dzerzhinsky street as a model of successful urban space development. The participants also visited the Tyumen City Park of Culture and Recreation, where they explored its infrastructure and modern attractions.
The day concluded with a diploma ceremony and the official closing of the main program.
July 18 – Participants traveled to Tobolsk, where they visited the House-Museum of Grigory Rasputin in Pokrovskoye, took a sightseeing tour of Tobolsk, including the Tobolsk Kremlin, St. Sophia Assumption Cathedral, Yershov Square, and an observation deck, and explored the Tobolsk Prison Castle – a museum of Siberian penal servitude and exile.
The meeting in Tyumen demonstrated strong interest in development in amusement industry and provided new ideas for modernizing parks, water parks and public spaces.
