Construction of a new park "Tsentralny" is beginning in Balakovo

In July this year, the construction of a new recreation park in the center of the city of Balakovo, Saratov region, will begin. 108 million rubles have already been allocated from the budget for the implementation of the project.
The new park will have playgrounds and sports grounds, sidewalk paths, an event area, a summer stage, a fountain, benches, gazebos, toilets, and art objects. It is planned to improve the territory and carry out a large-scale landscaping. In winter, there will be a skating rink with a rental point, as well as a place for a New Year's tree. Places for parking areas were also taken into account in the design.
State Duma Speaker Viacheslav Volodin and Deputy Nikolai Pankov were the initiators of the improvement of the field between the 5th and 8th microdistricts. And the project of Natalia Danshina was taken as the basis for the construction of the park.

Not as the chairman of the Public Chamber, but as a resident of Balakovo, I can assure you that I myself will often come to this park to have a great time with my family, ”said Alexei Antipin, chairman of the Public Chamber.
