System of personnel voluntary certification of Russian amusement industry enterprises

Education Center of Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (RAAPA) on regular basis executes certification of the amusement industry personnel in the “System of personnel voluntary certification of Russian amusement industry enterprises”.

The personnel certification system is registered in the established order in the Federal Anagraph and is valid in all Russian regions.

The certificate of a “Specialist of Safe and efficient operation of amusement rides and devices” – is the document of Federal level that proves the professional knowledge of the certificate’s owner in the sphere of safe and efficient operation of amusement equipment. The certificate term of validity is 3 years. The certificate is valid in all Russian regions.

In order to receive a certificate it is necessary to follow the course on the program “Technical regulations. Safety and efficiency of amusement rides and entertainment devices operation”.

During the training, students learn major subjects for the amusement industry, perform practical tasks on the program themes and defend projects, visit leading institutions of amusement industry, take the final exam.

At the RAAPA Education Center teach engineers, lawyers, labour protection experts, marketing, management and advertising specialists. All lecturers are the leading specialists of the Russian amusement industry.

The listeners who have been trained, then successfully passed the final exams and received a certificate, are considered by right the prepared specialists of the entertainment industry.

Managers and specialists of enterprises, who have received a certificate, are eligible to train workers and employees of their businesses, and commissions, which should consist at least of 3 certified specialists, to certify and give permission to work to their staff.
