About 3 million rubles will be spent for the construction of an inclusive playground in Volzhsky

In the Volzhsky park «New City» this year in spring they will start building a kiddie playground, which will include objects for children with disabilities.

On an area of ​​about 500 square meters, a kiddie play complex, a sandpit table and a kitchen workshop for children with disabilities, as well as exercise equipment and other leisure facilities for children and adolescents will be installed. An area for parents and accompanying persons will be arranged around the playground.

The total cost of the object will be 2 million 999 thousand 853 rubles. The funds for it were received thanks to the victory of «the Equal Opportunities Park» project of the local branch of the All-Russian Society of Disabled People in the first competition of the Presidential Grants Fund in 2021.
