Improvement-2021. Yauza Park. Floodplain of the Chermyanka river

14 december 2021

Park "Yauza". The longest park in Europe: a record 16 kilometers of greenery and recreational opportunities.

Not so long ago, these territories along the Yauza River were neglected and abandoned. The reconstruction process was launched in 2016, and every year the area of comfortable spaces is only increasing. The locations along the Chukotk Passage have already changed - modern playgrounds and places for sports have appeared, you can play football on an equipped field and lazily relax by the fountain.

The square along the Tenisty passage has also changed. It will especially appeal to fans of sports and outdoor activities: the  courts for playing tennis, badminton and ping-pong, zones with exercise equipment and even a mini football field have been opened.

The territories near Lazoreviy proyezd will become the historical part of the park, a manor atmosphere reigns here. You can take a promenade along the Yauza and sunbathe on the sun loungers at the Sviblovskie ponds. And also ride a bike on the equipped cycle paths and relax on a unique swing in the form of cocoons. Also in the park you can go for a walk along the eco-trail, attend a concert at the Singing Field stage, and work out at “the Russian Ninja” workout platform. The landscaping work continues.
