New squares, pedestrian zones and playgrounds will appear in the south-west of Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his blog that boulevards, squares, playgrounds and sports grounds, as well as other objects were included in the comprehensive renovation program "My District".

New facilities are being modernized or created in the areas of Yasenevo, Teply Stan, Akademichesky, Zyuzino, Obruchevsky, Konkovo, Severnoye and Yuzhnoye Butovo, Shcherbinka, etc.

The mayor notes that now you can walk along convenient walking routes, there is more greenery in the districts, benches and lanterns have been updated, art objects have been installed, dozens of playgrounds have been repaired, new modern sports complexes and workout zones have appeared.

Most of the work on the comprehensive improvement of the South-West Administrative District is planned to be completed in August - September. As a result, the south-west of Moscow will become even greener, more cozy and comfortable.
